Transportation & Reservations 2008

            

Transportation:

From Montreal return scheduled airline 727 jet service is provided for the flight (two hour duration) to Kuujjuaq (Fort Chimo). Upon arrival in Kuujjuaq coordinated charter flights with Twin Otter aircraft and/or float equipped aircraft provide final transportation to the camps. In our Special Package Rates from the USA, we will provide jet transportation from major US Cities to Kuujjuaq via flights from Montreal. Click here to see the map.

Reservations & Information 2008:

To confirm reservations we require an initial deposit in the amount of thirty per cent (30)  of the package rate selected, including any permits required. Upon receipt of the deposit a letter of confirmation will be forwarded from our office. Confirmed clients will receive a detailed "Trip Planner" for their selected trip covering all pertinent information including:

Schedule of Payments for 2008

Organizing adventure trips in isolated regions of Eastern Canada requires months of pre-planning and commitments on our part with suppliers, air transporters, securing permits, contracting guides, and so on, to assure that our trips are operated successfully. Due to these financial obligations - we require the following trip payment schedule: 

At the time of your reservation:  30% of package price
April 1st (2nd deposit):  30% of package price
June 1st: (for Arctic Quebec & Newfoundland): Balance of trip
On arrival at camp (for all other packages): Balance of trip

Advanced Reservations for 2009 and 2010

Advanced booking reservations allows you, the client, to pre-plan your trip and be able to choose from a selection of available dates.  The schedule of payments for advanced reservations is as follows:

At the time of your reservation:  15% of package price
12 months prior to the hunt:  15% of package price
6 months prior to the hunt:  30% of package price
3 months prior to the hunt:  Balance of trip
