Lake Primont Outpost Camp
An Affordable Wilderness Adventure
Located 400 miles north of Montreal, Lake Primont provides you and your party with seven lakes and over 60 square kilometres of territory that is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The camp is ideally suited to accommodate smaller groups and families who wish to either fish or hunt or just enjoy a wilderness fly-in experience. The main camp is fully equipped and provides very comfortable accommodations for parties of 4 to 6. The lodge facilities include 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, indoor plumbing with hot showers - all located in this private pristine wilderness setting. In addition, your group will be provided with a capable camp caretaker/host during your stay to provide assistance and guidance.
Hunting
For the hunter - the area has
a good population of moose and bear as well as offering some small game hunting
for partridge. 
We
offer Fall hunting packages starting September 17 and running till October 15.
These are do-it-yourself trips
and are definitely not for everyone. On the other hand, if you are an
experienced self reliant hunter, are capable, energetic and realistic in your
expectations -
Fishing
This region provides great fishing for native brook trout, lake trout and northern pike. Boats, motors and fuel are located on the main lake.
Access to the territory is by well-marked short portage trails where you will find additional boats on each lake.
Fast
water fishing is available among the many streams connecting our lake system.
With seven lakes combined offering in excess of 30 miles of shoreline - you definitely won't be running out of new fishing spots to try during your stay.
